Campbell High School Modifications

There are two ways to obtain bid documents for this project:

1) View and print at no cost

• by clicking on the appropriate names below. The Plans will be opened in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document format (PDF) and you can then view it on your screen or print it from your printer.

2) Download the files and print at your reprographics company

• Right click on the appropriate names below and clicking "save as" to download the file to your computer. You can then print it, e-mail it, or forward it to your reprographic company for them to print full size plans for you.

• Subcontractor bids are due by 10:00 AM on March 29, 2011
• The project is located at 5265 Ward Street, Smyrna, Georgia 30080
• Project to run from May 9 to October 10. All work except canopies to be completed by August 22. Physical work cannot be started until after June 1.
• Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and Electrical subcontractors with contracts exceeding $50,000.00 shall be required to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond per the General Conditions of this project.
