Project to run from May 9 to September 12. Interior Building Renovation to be completed by August 5. Physical work cannot be started until after June 1.
Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and Electrical subcontractors with contracts exceeding $50,000.00 shall be required to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond per the General Conditions of this project.
